Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has brought significant transformation to the education sector. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of ICT in enhancing the quality of learning processes and outcomes in school environments through a literature review approach. The method employed is a descriptive analysis of various reputable scientific sources published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that ICT integration—such as the use of digital learning platforms, interactive multimedia, and online learning resources—is capable of creating a more student-centered learning environment, increasing learning motivation, and facilitating broader accessibility to instructional materials. However, the effectiveness of ICT utilization highly depends on teachers' digital competence and the availability of adequate infrastructure. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that ICT is not merely a technical tool but a catalyst for creating pedagogical innovations adaptive to modern demands. Collaboration between policymakers and educational institutions is required to ensure equitable technology distribution to achieve superior standards of learning quality.
