The results of research based on data from observations, interviews and documentation show that the role of clinical supervision in improving teacher performance is by supporting teachers in preparing learning administration, conducive and improving the learning atmosphere and motivating teachers so that there is progress in teaching and students can absorb knowledge well. and practice it in everyday life. Apart from that, teacher performance will be triggered if they receive analytical and descriptive encouragement such as clinical supervision before clinical supervision is held. Teacher performance when in class uses the lecture method which makes students passive after clinical supervision. Students have more courage and mental strength when in class, apart from that, performance teachers outside the classroom are also more satisfying.
